Medical Care Coordinator

California Wellness Center located in Mission Viejo is looking for a FT/PT/Per Diem Medical Care Coordinators [EMT, CNA, MA, LVN].

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Intake Assessments

-Vitals/COWS/CIWA Assessments

-Communication with MD

-Medication Observation

-Drug testing clients

-Communucation with the Pharmacy & lab

-Infection Control & Medical Trainings as needed/required

Experience within the SUD field is preferred, specifically within detox/residential levels of care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per diem
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Addiction medicine: 1 year (Preferred)
